About the Course

Kaizen is a fundamental concept in continuous improvement that helps firms build a process-oriented mindset and techniques for ensuring continuous improvement by involving employees at all levels of the company hierarchy. This course will teach you about kaizen concepts and philosophy, as well as its principles and activities, as well as how to apply kaizen.
