  1. My take from the seminar was that there is more to the typical iceberg model -the tip of the iceberg as the observable behaviors and/or the typical identifiable causes; and, the larger scale of the iceberg as the underlying beliefs and/or actions. Since there are identified degree of leverages on the iceberg, it would be easier to create countermeasures.
The seminar was very interactive and informative.
Thank you for another free leaning experience Ask Lex Academy!

  2. It was a fun and knowledgeable experience especially my program is Industrial Engineering, it relates to my program and thus enhanced my knowledge. The explanation of the speaker (Engr. Edward) is very thorough and very vivid. I would like to express my gratitude to ASK LEX PH ACADEMY for making this event possible and I would like to thank especially Mr. Edward Solicito for sharing and let us gain his knowledge to us.

  7. This is the first time I have ever heard of systems thinking and I must say that it is very beneficial, especially for us students. This will be useful especially when we graduated and got our job where we can apply even the basics of systems thinking in different situations that we might face. Thank you AskLex PH!

  8. Systems thinking is a powerful tool that can help to identify the cause and effect of the problem because as an IE we are task to solve different problems in everyday life so it is a very big help to know the tool that I might use in the future

  9. Thank you for this very informative webinar. I learned that there are more to systems thinking. It is not just looking for the root cause of the problem and then solve just like in linear thinking. In System Thinking, you must look at a problem as a whole, not just the root cause. Because all variables are connected to each other.

  10. Linear thinking is prone to targeting only the most obvious actions or symptoms. Making a symptom go away will not, however, fix the problem. It may even exacerbate the situation and have ramifications throughout the firm. That is why learning Systems Thinking under Engr. Solicito was a great opportunity for me. By looking at the interconnected dynamics of the system, you can discover a better way of conducting your business. Systems thinking can help you revolutionize your workplace across every vertical. Thank you for this, Ask Lex PH!

  11. It has been developed over the last fifty years as a conceptual framework founded on Systems Dynamics to help us recognize and understand patterns, looking beyond events to deeper “structures” that control occurrences and discovering the leverage that lies buried in these structures. Thank you for this free webinar!!!

  12. I have heard of systems thinking for quite a while but this is the first time I have a formal lecture. Very informative and interactive learning session. Thank you for asklexph!
