Event Description
About the Program:
BOSH for SO1 is an 8-hour OSH orientation plus a 2-hour Training of Trainers designed to impart knowledge and skills on basic concepts and principles of occupational safety and health. This will enable potential safety officers to implement a company’s safety and health program in compliance with Section 3 of RA 11058 and Section 3 (v) of DOLE DO 198-18.
Training Objectives:
Identify safety, health, and environment hazards,
Determine appropriate control measures and how to respond to workplace emergencies,
Identify the prescribed administrative requirements and penalties for violations
