Learning Format
Option of F2F or live online sessions supplemented by e-learning sessions in our ALPHA Learning Management System (LMS).

How to Get Certified?
Each candidate will be certified by completing the training, submitting the exercises and assignments, passing the 100-item multiple-choice examination at 80%, and implementing an actual Lean project.

Payment Terms
At least 50% of the total amount should be paid before the commencement of the training and the remaining 50% shall be settled a week prior to the last day of the training.
