Background:
Project EskwelaJuan aims to create a library of free e-learning courses around 21st-century workplace skills intended for Filipino lifelong learners, including students, young professionals, and entrepreneurs.
The participating mentors will undergo a free bootcamp on how to effectively convert their experience and expertise into an e-learning course. At the end of the year, they will receive a pro-rata share from the ALPHA Mentor Fund, usually amounting to P100K. The mentors will be compensated based on the number of course completers from their respective courses. Additionally, depending on the number of courses they create, mentors will have access to ALPHA's premium e-learning courses and certifications.
For learners, once they complete an e-learning course, they will receive ALPHA Coins. ALPHA Coins can be used as a discount or payment for premium courses listed on the ALPHA Digital platform.
