About the Program
ISO 9001 Quality Management System is the world’s most popular management system standard. It is based on the plan-do-check-act methodology and provides a process-oriented approach to documenting and reviewing the structure, responsibilities, and procedures required to achieve effective quality management in an organization. It provides a framework for consistent performance, reliable service and long-term continuous improvement. With the knowledge on the quality management system, the program leads can execute and deliver the requirements in the services and operations effectively.

Program Objectives
✅ To provide participants who have an existing basic knowledge of, or experience in, quality management with an understanding of the management systems approach and the requirements of ISO 9001.
✅ To provide a basis to determine and develop the organization’s documented information requirement to meet the ISO 9001.
✅ To provide a basis for participants who wish to go on to complete QMS auditor training courses.
✅ To provide participants with an understanding of the changes to Managements Systems arising as a result of the adoption of the High Level Structure as defined in Annex SL
✅ To provide participants skills in auditing techniques

Target Participants
All levels of employees from staff to executives who want to learn ISO 9001:2015 and be equipped with documentation and internal auditing capabilities.
